This page is the second step for adding a new campaign into your AdvertisementManager's database. There are 8 tables on this page and their functions are listed below:

The 'Campaign Details' table defines the basic information of the new campaign. Its rows represent:

Campaign name:
Specify the new campaign's name here. Please use a short but descriptive name for it so that it can be self-explanatory and easy to remember. You can use up to 25 alphanumeric characters.

For advertiser:
Displays the ID of the advertiser who owns the campaign.

Status:
Select the status of the campaign. 'Active' for ready to run campaign, and 'Paused' for inactive campaign.

Priority:
Select the campaign's priority or broadcasting weight. '1' is for the least important campaign. It will caused the campaign to get the lowest broadcasting priority. '10' is for the most important campaign.

Billing rate:
If you want to track the campaign's expense, select any billing rates on this row. If you don't specify any rates yet, this row will displays 'None available'. You can add new rates by using the 'add new rate' link found on the 'Rate Listing' page.

Bill to invoice:
You can bill the campaign to any already created invoices which are belonged to the same advertiser. If the advertiser don't has any invoices yet, this row will displays 'None available'. You can create new invoices by using the 'add invoice' or 'auto-generate new invoice(s)' links found on the 'Invoice Listing' page.

The 'Restrictions' table defines all the broadcast restrictions for the campaign. Its rows represent:

Distribution type:
'Keyword-based' will cause the campaign to be shown only if one or more keywords are present in the query string and matched with any of the banners or text ads' keywords. 'Normal' is the default type.

Start date:
Select the date for the campaign to start.

End date:
Select the expiration date for the campaign. If you want the campaign to have no expiry date, set it to match exactly with the 'Start' date above.

Time of day:
You can set the period the campaign will be shown each day. Example, setting it to '09:00 to 18:00' will cause the campaign to be shown only from 9:00 AM to 5:59 PM.

Max impressions:
You can specify here the maximum ad impressions the campaign can receive before it expires. If you don't want the campaign to have unlimited impressions, enter '0' (zero).

Max clicks:
You can also specify the maximum ad clicks the campaign can receive before it expires. Similar to the above, if you don't want the campaign to have unlimited clicks, enter '0'.

The 'Day of week Targeting' table permits you to target certain days the campaign can be shown. If you want the campaign to be shown 7 days a week, either leave all days unchecked or check all days.

The 'Browser Targeting' table enables you to target certain browsers the campaign can be shown to.

The 'Broadcasting Areas' table enables you to select which areas you want the campaign to be displayed from. Please make sure the areas will have the same dimensions & categories as the banners or text ads the campaign will carry. Example, if the campaign wil contain banners with dimension '468x60' and categoried under 'Computer & Internet', the selected areas must also have '468x60' as their dimensions and categoried under 'Computer & Internet'.

The 'Containing Banners' table contains all the banners the selected advertiser currently has. You can assign any banners to the campaign by checking their checkbox.

Similar to the above, the 'Containing Text Ads' table contains all the text ads the selected advertiser currently has. You can assign any text ads to the campaign by checking their checkbox.

The 'Containing Trackers' table contains all the tracker the selected advertiser currently has. You can assign any trackers to the campaign by checking their checkbox.

The content of the 3 tables above are all hyperlinked so you can see the details of those banners, text ads, or trackers just by clicking them. If the selected advertiser don't has any banners, text ads, or trackers yet, the message 'None available for attachment' will appears inside those tables.
When you finished entering all the above values, click the 'Add this Campaign!' button to confirm the creation of the new campaign. If you want to change the owner of the campaign, click the '< Back' button and reselect the advertiser from the advertiser dropdown list box. If you want to cancel the creation of the new campaign, click the 'Cancel' button, and you'll be brought back to the previous page.
