1. Where can I find the installation guide for your script?
   The installation guide is included with the script package you received when you made the purchase. It is in the file named "readme.html". Alternatively you can also access the installation guide online via this URL "http://www.advertisementmanager.com/demo/readme.html".
    
2. What is the default administrator's password?
   Password. Change it as soon as possible!
    
3. I've changed the administrator's password and now I forgot it. What can I do?
   Go to the Administrator Login page and click at the "click here for automatic password emailing" hyperlink. The Password Retrieval page will appears. Now you have a choice to enter the username ('administrator') or the administrator's email address. Finally click the "Enter" button and your administrator's password will be automatically emailed to the email address you specified in the administrator's account.
    
4. My SSI code is not working?!
   Try replacing the "include virtual" words to "exec ssi". So the begining of your SSI codes should look like:
   <!--#exec cgi="
   Also double-check the path to the script file. Just email us if your SSI code still not working.
    
5. I'm changing server. Please inform me how to move my data.
   You can backup your data from MySQL database using freeware scripts such as PHPMyAdmin from your cPanel or Plesk control panel.
    
6. I'm changing server. Can I pay you to move my scripts and all of it's data?
