Help Index » View Invoice

This page displays all the details of the selected invoice. The first 2 tables in this page display the basic information of the invoice. Their rows represent:

  • Invoice ID:
    This is the invoice's ID.
     
  • For advertiser:
    This is the name of the advertiser who owns the invoice.
     
  • Sent?:
    Displays whether the invoice has been sent to the advertiser or not.
     
  • Paid?:
    Displays whether the invoice has been paid by the advertiser or not.
     
  • Invoice date:
    Displays the date of the invoice.
     
  • Terms:
    Displays how may days (starting from the invoice's date) the advertiser must pay the invoice.
     
  • Due date:
    The final date the advertiser must pay the invoice.
     
  • Billing period:
    The period covered by the invoice.
     
     

The next table displays all the campaigns that have been billed under the current invoice. Its columns represent:

  • No.
    Mark each of the billed campaign's data row.
     
  • Purchasing Item:
    Displays the name of the billing rate used by the campaign, and the campaign's name. You can click any of these names to view their respective details.
     
  • Quantity:
    Displays how many billable impressions, clicks, or days for the campaign.
     
  • Price:
    Displays the billing rate for the campaign.
     
  • Total:
    Displays the total billable amount for the campaign. This value is obtained by multiplying the 'Quantity' value with the 'Rate' value.
     

There are 10 form buttons for the invoice. Their functions are listed below:

  • Mark as Sent:
    Click this button to switch the invoice's 'Sent' status to 'Yes'. The current date will be recorded as the sending date for the invoice.
     
  • Mark as Unsent:
    Click this button to switch back the invoice's 'Sent' status to 'No'. The invoice's previous sent date will be erased.
     
  • Send to advertiser now:
    Click this button to send or email the invoice to the advertiser. The current date will be recorded as the sending date for the invoice.
     
  • Mark as Paid:
    Click this button to switch the invoice's 'Paid' status to 'Yes'. The current date will be recorded as the payment date for the invoice.
     
  • Mark as Unpaid:
    Click this button to switch back the invoice's 'Paid' status to 'No'. The invoice's previous payment date will be erased.
     
  • Preview HTML Invoice:
    You can use this button to preview how the invoice looks like in HTML format. This is the invoice format the advertiser will received if the advertiser's 'Email format' variable is set to 'HTML'.
     
  • Preview Text Invoice:
    You can use this button to preview how the invoice looks like in text format. This is the invoice format the advertiser will received if the advertiser's 'Email format' variable is set to 'Text'.
     
  • Edit:
    You can use this button to update the invoice's details.
     
  • Delete:
    You can use this button to delete the invoice from the database. This button will forward you to the 'Delete Invoice' page where you'll need to confirm the deletion process.
     
  • Finish:
    You can use this button to exit this page and go back to the previous page.
