This page enables you to update the settings used for sending the lost-password emails to your advertisers. The editable values are:

  • Lost-password email address:
    You can redefine the sender email address for all the messages here.
     
  • Lost-password emailing format:
    You can reselect in what format all the messages will be. There are 3 selections to choose from:
     
    • Always send text-formatted lost-password email:
      This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive text formatted emails. The emails will still be sent in text format even if your advertiser's 'Email format' setting is 'HTML'.
       
    • Always send HTML-formatted lost-password email:
      This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive HTML formatted emails. The emails' content will be sent as file attachments in HTML format if your advertiser's 'Email format' setting is 'Text'.
       
    • Use advertiser preferred email format:
      This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive lost-password emails formatted according to the 'Email format' setting in their account.
       
       
  • Lost-password email title:
    You can redefine the title for all the emails here.
     

To confirm or save any changes you made to the settings above, click the 'Confirm Updates' button. If you want to discard any changes, click the 'Cancel' button instead.
