This page displays the settings used for constructing and emailing campaign renewal notices to your advertisers. There are 3 tables on this page and their functions are listed below:

The 'Emailing Setup' table displays:

Impression amount:
The minimum amount of impressions left in the advertiser's campaign before its renewal notice is sent. This value is applied for campaigns that expire by impressions count.

Click amount:
The minimum amount of clicks left in the advertiser's campaign before its renewal notice is sent. This value is applied for campaigns that expire by clicks count.

Day amount:
The minimum amount of days left in the advertiser's campaign before its renewal notice is sent. This value is applied for campaigns that expire by dates.

Notice email address:
This email address is used as the sender address for all the notices.

Notice emailing format:
This is the format that will be used when constructing and sending notices to your advertisers. It can be one of the 3 possibilities here:

Always email text-formatted advertiser renewal notice:
This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive text formatted notices. The notices will be sent as file attachments in text format if your advertiser's 'Email format' setting is 'HTML'.

Always email HTML-formatted advertiser renewal notice:
This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive HTML formatted notices. The notices will be sent as file attachments in HTML format if your advertiser's 'Email format' setting is 'Text'.

Use advertiser preferred email format:
This value indicates all your advertisers will always receive notices formatted according to the 'Email format' setting in their account.

Notice email title:
This is the title for all the notices. When the notices are being sent, any AdvertisementManager's predefined tags in this title will be replaced with their respective values. These tags are:

<CAMPAIGN_NAME>
This tag will be replaced with the name of the campaign that needs to be renewed.

<ADVERTISER_ACC_NAME>
This tag will be replaced with the advertiser's account name.
You can update any of the above settings by clicking the 'Edit Setup' button. The 'Finish' button will exit this page and brings you back to the previous page.
- The 'HTML-formatted Renewal Notice Template' table displays the template used for constructing any HTML formatted notices. You can preview how the generated notice will looks like by clicking the 'Preview HTML template' button. A sample notice will be generated for you. If you want to update this template, you can click the 'Edit HTML template' button.
- The 'Text-formatted Renewal Notice Template' table displays the template used for constructing any text formatted notices. Similar to the above, you can preview how the generated notice will looks like by clicking the 'Preview Text template' button. If you want to update this template, you can click the 'Edit Text template' button.
Both the HTML and text formatted templates above can contain AdvertisementManager's predefined tags. If exist, these predefined tags will be replaced with certain values when AdvertisementManager constructs the notices. These tags are:

<ADVERTISER_ACC_NAME>
This tag will be replaced with the advertiser's account name.

<ADVERTISER_FIRSTNAME>
This tag will be replaced with the advertiser's first name.

<ADVERTISER_LASTNAME>
This tag will be replaced with the advertiser's last name.

<CAMPAIGN_NAME>
This tag will be replaced with the name of the campaign that needs to be renewed.

<CAMPAIGN_REMAINING_INVENTORY_LASTDATE>
This tag will be replaced with the last date the remaining impressions, clicks, or days is checked.

<CAMPAIGN_REMAINING_INVENTORY_COUNT>
This tag will be replaced with the number of remaining impressions, clicks, or days the campaign has before expires.

<REGULAR_FONT_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the font color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<BACKGROUND_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the background color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<LINK_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the common link color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_OUTLINE_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the outer table border color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_FONT_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the level 1 font color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_TITLECELL_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the top table cell color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_LEFTCELL_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the left table cell color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_RIGHTCELL_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the right table cell color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.

<TABLE_ROWFONT_COLOR>
This tag will be replaced with the level 2 font color of the current AdvertisementManager's color scheme.
