This page enables you to obtain HTML codes for the selected tracker. The already generated HTML codes are for the selected tracker. There are only 2 tables on this page and their functions are listed below:
-
The 'Ad Code Options' table controls for which tracker and campaign the generated HTML codes will be. Its rows represents:
-
For tracker:
You can select for which tracker the code will be. The default selected tracker is the tracker that refers this page.
-
Linked Campaign:
If this selection is present, you can select to include the tracker's campaignID in the generated code. This selection is optional because the tracker can be tracked without any broadcasting campaigns.
If you made any changes to the above values, click the 'Regenerate Ad Code' button to generate the new codes according to the latest values.
-
The 'Final Tracker Code' table displays the generated HTML codes that you can use for tracking the selected tracker. There are 3 textboxes in this table:
-
The first textbox contains the full tracking code for the tracker, complete with '<a href' and 'target window' tags.
-
The second textbox contains only the tracking code's URL.
-
The third textbox contains the complete tracking code for a redirect file.
If you want to mask the actual tracking URL, or you want to use shorter URL for tracking, you can use this code for creating a redirect file. Then you can refer your visitors to that file. Each time the file get requested, a click will be recorded for the selected tracker.
You can also save this code as a redirect file by specifying its new file name and click the 'Save file' button. A redirect file under that name will be created in the 'redir' sub-folder of your AdvertisementManager's installation.
If you want to exit this page, click the 'Finish' button.
